The new Ai 500 is designed with an integrated GPS built into a super-responsive high-resolution 4” full-colour all-weather touchscreen display. This will connect you to over 40,000 courses worldwide, delivering fast and accurate distances to all parts of the golf course.

MGI has engineered this trolley to be lighter and smaller, making it easier to fold it into place during transportation. Its 4-wheel design features a swivelling front wheel and an additional foldable rear wheel to prevent your trolley from tipping on steep hills. The trolley also features quick-release rear wheels to make it more compact during transportation, and is fitted with all-terrain treads to provide more performance on turf.

The MGI trolley is powered by an advanced Click & Go high-powered 24V 250wh lithium battery system. This can comfortably complete 18 holes if fully charged before use, powering the motor for supreme performance and agility. The trolley features an adjustable ergonomic T-Bar handle for comfort and is fitted with digital electronics, a battery indicator, and a USB charging port.

The MGI Ai 500 Buggy has state-of-the art technology and a strikingly modern design. It is designed with an integrated GPS system built into a super responsive high-resolution 4" full colour all-weather touchscreen display, which will connect you to over 40,000 courses worldwide.

The integrated high performance GPS system delivers fast and accurate distances to all parts of the course. This clear view of the hole will be further enhanced by the complimentary interactive MGI App. The app comes with maps, scoring and can be your MGI Sureshot handheld device which can be taken anywhere. When connected via Bluetooth, you will receive notifications from your phone onto your Ai 500 screen, giving alerts to SMS, emails, and incoming calls.

Lithium batteries are lightweight, long-lasting, and safe when used correctly—perfect for powering your MGI buggy round after round. To keep performance high, regularly check the battery's leads, casing, and connections for damage or wear, and clean it gently with a brush and damp cloth (never a hose or pressure washer). If you spot any damage, stop using the battery and contact MGI or an authorised service centre.

Charge your battery indoors on a solid, ventilated surface, away from heat, water, and flammable items. Avoid using power boards or extension cords, and always charge after use—even for short rounds. Ideal charging temperatures are between 5°C and 30°C, and it’s best to disconnect the battery once fully charged, keeping charge time under 10 hours. With proper care, your battery will deliver safe, reliable performance for years.
